Due to a stalled Work Train on a Manhattan Bridge delaying B And D Train Service, this D Train turned at 2nd Avenue and went via 8th Avenue Local and was ORIGINALLY supposed to switch back Express after 59th Street but remained local due to delays with the Uptown A, B And C Lines. 7/23/2015
