R68 2516 On The D Train At 116th Street
Due to multiple rail conditions at 125th Street and 72nd Street on the southbound Express Tracks.
Southbound A Trains ran local in Manhattan
B Trains ran between Brighton Beach and Dekalb Avenue and via the R To/From Whitehall Street
C Trains after 7:45 PM ended up ending early
D Trains ran local between 59th Street and 205th Street Both Directions. Was a crazy Rush Hour.
