R62A (3) Train Interior Rollsign

Due to weekend trackwork, 3 Trains were not running between 148th Street and 96th Street. Shuttle Buses replaced Service between 148th Street and 96th Street. Also due to some issues with the R62s, A few R62As from the 1 were running on the 3 Line for the weekend. 2/14/2016
